Our Inner Circle commission structure is simple—All team members pay their own REAL Brokerage fees of just $12,000 per year which can easily be earned back through revenue share and stock options. New agents or agents who have done less than 10 deals in 12 months pay 50/50 on their first 10 deals, then move to the standard team split of 85/15. Leads provided to team members are split 60/40.
