I talk a lot about opportunity and alignment, timing and momentum.
I’ve had the privilege of representing some pretty amazing brands, mentored hundreds of great agents, and learned from strong, influential leaders in the industry. I’ve experienced major highs and navigated the strangest lows. I’ve felt the pinch of down markets, mergers, burn-out, and fallout.
I’ve also experienced times in my 32 year career where I could quite literally feel the magic happening all around me. I’m in that space right now!
It’s pretty amazing to start every day supercharged for what’s ahead. I had no idea that moving brokerages would create such a renewed sense of excitement and clarity for me. There is undeniable energy at REAL- innovation, collaboration, education, financial diversification, and a growth mindset. It’s infectious!!!!
Environment and who we give our time and energy to matters! While you can succeed anywhere—and I can say I have—true magic happens when you place yourself in the right rooms. Momentum builds and all of a sudden the pieces fall into place!

Amy is a seasoned real estate broker with over 25 years of experience across nearly every facet of the business. Our professional paths have crossed for years. We’ve cheered each other on through closed chapters, new beginnings, personal and professional growth, forged a friendship, and built upon a mutual respect for each other's business acumen.
Amy joins us as our Director of Business Development, bringing her expertise and passion for helping agents find their tribe and hit their stride. She has successfully moved over 250 agents to various firms throughout her career. Amy is smart, driven, creative, and forward-thinking. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with her as we build our local and national real estate team.
