There are 40% more real estate agents than houses on the market. That number should challenge us to step up to the next level in our real estate businesses. While I have become a successful real estate agent, I believe I could have started sooner if I’d worked with a real estate coach.
Now that I have learned several lessons, I want to share my knowledge with other real estate agents just getting started in their careers.
Here are a few ways working with a real estate coach can help young real estate agents move forward in their careers:
Learning from someone else’s experiences, mistakes, and all. A good coach will teach you the good, the bad, and the ugly. There is nothing better than bypassing some of the most common agent mistakes. Structure and systems will help you move forward with your own business.
Creating a business plan is one thing, but working through that project is another thing. It can be hard to stay on track. We have flexible schedules. However, keeping your pipeline full at all times requires discipline. A coach will help you understand the importance of working on your business, Not just working in your business because there is a difference.
A coach that has been successful in the real estate business understands that what works for one agent might not necessarily work for another. Your real estate coach will also help you understand and identify your strengths and weaknesses. They will ultimately help you create and develop marketing while also providing sound feedback objectively.
