Working with the right real estate coach can be a game-changer for your career. Being immersed in the day-to-day of running a successful real estate team and selling 80-100 houses a year, I know a few things. Training and watching agents around me succeed fuels me. I love basking in others’ success!
If you are working with the right coach, you get to learn from someone else’s experiences, including mistakes. Let me tell you, making mistakes can be costly and time-consuming. However, if you are keen on learning and growing and have the right mindset, mistakes can be valuable but take the advice of someone that has already been through it. Being aligned with an experienced coach and trainer will fast-track your career
Working with a real estate coach who has walked the road before you provides you with a better map to follow. A real estate coach goes for everything from actual sales training to client retention, negotiation skills, and technology. A good coach should counsel you on all of these aspects of the business.
Working with a real estate coach who can guide you in sales training is evident. But what does that mean? I believe the right path to successful selling is different for everyone because we are all unique individuals that will attract additional clients. One shoe will not fit all here. You need someone that can guide you towards selling authentically for you!
Let’s talk about technology. Oh my goodness, technology can feel like a swear word to many real estate agents. If you hate it and don’t know how to use the systems needed, you need to find a solution because technology is not going away quickly. But, on the other hand, if you love it and want to take every new tool on board, you’re also in trouble. Talk about a double-edged sword.
Systems are my jam. I have tested dozens of CRMS agent websites, email marketing systems, and more. You name it; I have used it. So why go through it on your own when you can learn from working with a real estate coach who has already vetted these things out?
